Koc Finansman
Tech lead and consultant in the technology department of a Turkish consumer finance company, replacing legacy monoliths with RESTful microservices, integrating Experian PowerCurve and government APIs, and running private cloud, Docker Swarm and CI/CD pipelines.
Koc Finansman is the consumer finance company of Koc Group, one of Turkey’s largest conglomerates. Inobil worked as tech lead and consultant within its technology department.
Responsibilities included:
- Redesigning and replacing legacy monolith applications with a RESTful microservice architecture
- Integrating Experian PowerCurve decision management products and third-party government APIs
- Proposing technical and process solutions for business problems and spreading distributed-system design practices
- Refactoring, code reviews and troubleshooting alongside the teams
- Consultancy on agile software development, extreme programming and DevOps practices
- Managing private cloud environments (VMware), container platforms (Docker Swarm) and CI/CD pipelines
